Mr. Ali Shoukry, the First Deputy Chairman of Cairo Chamber of Commerce,and Mr. Mohammed Ismail Abdo, Chief Division of Medical Supplies, received Ambassador of Azerbaijan to discuss the volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Azerbaijan during the coming period.

In the meeting was discussed the establishment of the Azerbaijani Egyptian Council for businessmen. Mr. Ali Shoukry suggested to form Egyptian delegation from Cairo Chamber's members  to visit Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce in coordination with the Ministries of International Cooperation ,Foreign Trade, and Investment.

In the end of the meeting, the Ambassador added that several meetings and forums during the visit will be held between the two countries to study the potential needs and opportunities for import and export, adding that Egypt is the gate of the Gulf markets and COMESA markets.
