Commercial Office of the Egyptian Embassy of in London sent a letter to the engineer, Ibrahim AlAraby -  Chairman of Cairo Chamber in response to his letter to the Office concerning  complaint of Qena Company for paper industry against Garlock Company , which did not adhere to the implementation of the contract in terms of supply with the Egyptian Company . The Office addressed the British company British company, which included a reference to the importance of the settlement amicably, because the Egyptian company is ready to resort to all legal means available in case of non-settlement.

 

Also, it is worth to mention that there are a lot of similar cases which includes complaints of Egyptian companies about Fraud Operations from British Companies or companies with similar names to British companies. So that The Office has contacted the Federation of Egyptian Industries and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce to warn Egyptian companies about such repeated practices, to follow all the legal means available to ensure the rights of egyptian companies in commercial transactions with British companies
