Pursuant to the vital role which is carried out by Cairo Chamber of Commerce and its working to promote and increase trade relations, and economic promotion for increasing investment between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the outside world and finding Appropriate means of communication between Egyptians and foreigners exporters, importers, producers.
For achieving this target Eng. Ibrahim Mahmoud Al Araby- Cairo Chamber's Chairman , Eng. Sameh Zaky- Cairo Chamber's board member Mr. Ahmed Yahiya chief of grocery Division met with Mr. Fadl Gomaa commercial Counselor of the Chadian Embassy , And Mr. AlNour Moussa shaibu representative of Chadian Chamber of Commerce , industry, agriculture and crafts in Egypt.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr/ Ibrahim Mahmoud AlAraby welcomed the honorable guests.
At the beginning, Fadl Gomaa said that Chad is located on the borders of Sudan, which Chad has good relations with and common customs and traditions.
As for the relations between Egypt and Chad have been good and extended since long time ago, especially in cultural terms ,there are educational missions of Chadian students to Egypt to study in Al-Azhar mosque.
He resumed that ground and air transportation should be made through Libya or Aswan between Egypt,and Chad, to facilitate communication and cooperation between the two countries in all areas, especially economic and commercial.
He added that the Cairo Chamber should discover more about Chad, starting from this concept, the commercial counselor submitted request including the assignment of mr. AlNour Moussa Shaibu as representative of Chadian Chamber of Commerce , industry, agriculture and crafts in Egypt In order to support trade and economic relations,and certified by the Egyptian embassy in Chad and the Chairman of the Chadian Chamber of Commerce, Industry , agriculture and crafts ,Mr.Siraj Ghulam Allah, to Eng. Ibrahim Mahmoud AlAraby.
Eng / Ibrahim Mahmoud AlAraby , resumed that the Arab trade and economic relations between Egypt and all countries will remain continuous and extending .the trade relations, especially between Egypt and Chad should be developed to identify the needs of the Chadian market from Egyptian products.
AlNour Moussa Shaibu Representative of Chad referred that Chadian People loves Egypt and the Egyptian people and they prefer Egyptian products and buy them more than other products such as Chinese products.
Then Mr. Fadl Gomaa said that both Arabic and French languages are officially recognized in the constitutional state of Chad.
He added that Chad is not a developed country and they need to cooperate with Egypt to benefit from the Egyptian expertise in the areas of trade - industry - agriculture - Education –Technology, because it has large areas of agricultural land needing to invest in them, especially with Egypt.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Fadl Gomaa thanked for the warm reception and hospitality and he hoped for more cooperation between Chad and Egypt in the near future.
Mr. Ibrahim AlAraby thanked the honorable guests for their visit to Cairo Chamber promising for meeting soon and wishing fruitful cooperation between the both sides.
