Cairo will host the 16th Arab Business Owners and Investors Conference, entitled

“Investment in Egypt: Investment in the Future”,

on 23-24 November, under the auspices of President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi.

 

Over 1000 leaders of business, finance and senior Arab-foreign businessmen and business women Economic, infrastructure and legislative committees  are expected to attend and participate, including Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb and Arab League Secretary General Nabil El-Araby and the guest of honor is UAE Minister of State, Sultan Ahmed Al-Jaber will also attend, 

Mr. Ahmed Al-Wakil Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC) head said that  the conference seeks to provide information about investment, development,and reconstruction projects offered and promoted in Egypt. Additionally, it will highlight the investment map, new laws and legislation, and successful experiences of Arab investors in Egypt.

The conference aims to raise awareness among the Arab business community and investors on the general economic climate in Egypt and investment policy trends. It also aims to inform them about investment opportunities in diverse economic sectors.

Al Wakeel declared that the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture for Arab Countries (GUCCIAAC) Board of Directors agreed on Egypt's host for this congress session as an exception to support Egypt. The event has been organized by GUCCIAAC and FEDCOC in cooperation with the Egyptian government, and the Arab League, Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (DHAMAN) and the Economyand Business group.

For his part, Mr. Adnan Algosaralhead of the GUCCIAAC emphasized the importance of the Conference in Egypt especially in light of the reforms,actions and projects approved by the President of the Republic of Eygpt Abdel Fattah Sisi. like the new Suez Canal, which confirms that Egypt is moving in the right direction and begins to regain their essential role in the region, which has always played over the past decades.
