Cairo Chamber of Commerce Welcomed a trade delegation from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

 In the framework of the development of trade relations and increasing trade exchange between both

 

countries, Cairo Chamber of Commerce Welcomed a trade delegation from the Socialist Republic of

 

Vietnam, represented by H.E Dao Thanh Chung Ambassador of the Socialist of Vietnam to Egypt,

 

Mr. Juanj Njuan Duc,Deputy General director of the Department of Africa, South and West Asia at

 

Vietnam Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Mr. T Pham Quang Commercial Counselor and

 

Mrs. Bui Minh Vac represented by the Ministry of Trade of Vietnam.

 

 

The meeting was headed by Mr. Rajab Al-Attar, general secretary of Cairo Chamber on behalf of Chairman

 

Chambers' Chairman, Mr. Sameh Zaki, Board Member, and deputies directors heads of commercial

 

divisions.

 

 

Mr. Rajab Attar said that the trade exchange volume between Egypt and Vietnam during 2013 amounted

 

to $ 223 million,  213 of them for Vietnam and Egypt 10 Million $ only, which is in

 

favor of vietnamese balance of trade, Asking for the need to remove all obstacles facing the Egyptian

 

exporter and increase Egyptian exports to Vietnam in the coming period.

 

 

Al Attar referred that the coming period will witness more coordination between the Chamber and the

 

Embassy to increase export and import volume between both sides, finding a hook and loop

 

between Egyptian-Vietnamese businessmen and providing all markets data in the two

 

countries.
