Report on the visit of the Bangladeshi delegation

Based on the leading role carrying out by Cairo Chamber of Commerce to encourage, promote, and increase trade and economic relations between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the outside world and finding appropriate ways to communicate between Egyptian and  foreign exporters, importers and producers.

 

From this concept Mr. Mohsen Shoukry  - Head of trade and economic sector  and Mr. Khalid Moustafa  general Director of Public Relations and Journal were received  the following :

At the beginning Mr. Mohsen Shoukry welcomed the delegation at Cairo Chamber's headquarters expressing his hope that both sides get benefit from this visit, and he presented an overview about Cairo Chamber.

 

Then Mr. Hassan Barqa made a presentation about the Company, which included that they represent government authorities interested in exporting jute from Bangladesh, Which is considered the first State in producing the finest jute and the company has several branches around the world as one of the major Saudi investment companies. They have signed a partnership agreement with the Bangladeshi Government as sole agents for exporting and distributing jute in the world. He said that the main purpose of this visit is to open ways for exporting jute to Arabic Republic of Egypt and spreading  BGMC brand As a Bangladeshi jute product.

Mr. Khalid Moustafa, asked for the available data of the company, and contacts to inform traders who wishing to import jute.

Mr. Mohammed Fairouz replied that he will send the full data to Cairo Chamber of Commerce as soon as possible, on the other side he said that The problem they have is not in production, but their problem is in the marketing and distribution, And they look forward to trading on a larger system and expanding trade exchanges at the level of governments, not only traders and businessmen.

In this regard Mr. Mohsen Shoukry reported that in the case of necessary Information availability of how to purchase and import jute via certified company , the chamber Will inform  the Board of Directors and commercial business divisions  as well as will be published on the Chamber's website.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. / Mohammed Fairouz thanked Mr. Mohsen Shoukry and Mr.  Khalid Moustafa for warming reception.

Both Mr. Mohsen Shoukry and Mr.  Khalid Mustafa welcomed them and thanked for their visit to the chamber, hoping for more fruitful cooperation which positively resulting in increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries and the chamber will support the Bangladeshi company, in order to increase cooperation between the two countries.
