Mr. Aly Shoukry, vice chairman of Cairo Chamber of commerce Called for the need to renovate

the role of the central Egyptian laboratories with a participation of importers until the “ C I Q “ certificate is 

canceled, where it represents a burden and hasn’t achieve the desired purpose from it.

AS Mr. Shoukry justifyed that the General organization for export & import control is examining the

container to ensure the safety of goods, compliance with the required conditions, demanding transfer

the value of this certificate in favor of Egyptian exports and imports authority.

He pointed out that the importers Division held on Sunday, December 14 meeting forming a committee

to meet Mr. Mounir Fakhry Abdel-Nour, Minister of Trade and Industry to discuss this crisis and to find

appropriate ways to resolve, Underlined that he is fully trusts that the minister understands marketplace

and the suffering of traders and importers.

Mr. shoukry explained that the opinion of the Chambers of Commerce Must taking into account as it

representing the importers in order not to be suffered  particularly if this certificate increase the cost of

the item, which ultimately borne the importer and the citizen.
