Eng. Ibrahim Al Araby, Vice-President of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce

and Chairman of Cairo Chamber of Commerce, explained that there was a meeting with

Dr. Magdy Abdel Aziz, Chairman of Customs Authority ended that the containers will enter the

domestic market based on a system through which the importer pays the container charges beside

another amount as a deposit until a study on the prices of goods discussed, so if revealed right to importer

he recovered and if not right Customs authority has taken without damage to any party.

He also pointed out that Cairo Chamber will prepare an indicative study on the price of commodities and

it will be presented to the Customs authority for discussion to reach a formula that satisfies all parties.
