Registration electronically stops random exporting to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Mr. El Basha Idris, Cairo Chamber's treasurer and exporters Division chief, said that the decision of Saudi Arabia, which is the registration of certificates of origin and commercial invoices electronically, will  stop random export to the kingdom adding that the goal of this procedure is the development and facilitation of electronic transactions with registered Exporting companies in theKingdom.he pointed out that the United States does not allow companies to export goods and commodities only if they are registered.

He explained that Egyptian exports commodities to the Kingdom are Egyptian beans and some herbs, in addition to vegetables and fruits.

Egyptian Organization for Export and Import Control had sent a letter to the Egyptian Federation of Chambers of Commerce, concerning that the Saudi government set procedures and new rules to pass the certificates of origin and commercial invoices for exported goods Electronically . This service will be activated from 21st January, and any shipment will not be released from Saudi customs after this date.
