Cairo chamber of commerce calls their honorable dealers with the Vietnamese companies to implement

the following recommendations In order to avoid exposure to fraud, cheating and deception.

-  Make sure of the company's name in the list of records of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and      

   Industry through a direct contact with the Vietnamese trade office in Cairo or the Egyptian embassy

   in Hanoi.

-  Sending representative of the Egyptian Company for contracts in Hanoi.

-  Contracts should include the payment methods in detail and the Vietnamese companies’ accounts that

   will convert the down payment to.

-  The contracts include a fixed timetable for sending Vietnamese shipments to Cairo.

-  A named point of arbitration to resolve Any disputes that may arise between the two sides.
