General organization for export and import control Announced that Saudi government establish

a new rules and procedures to pass the certificates of origin and commercial invoices electronically

through the web portal: www.exportal.com

This is to enable a rapid implementation of customs inspection procedures for goods to be began

on Jan. 21.2015

Where there is no  released for shipment in Saudi Arabia customs ports after that date unless

it is passed electronically, So we alert on the companies involved to take their action .
