Cairo Chamber forms ten committees to study the indicative prices of imported goods

Eng. Ibrahim AlAraby – Cairo Chamber's Chairman said that Cairo Chamber of Commerce formed ten specialized committees from representatives of importers in various activities to study the indicative prices of all imported goods.

AlAraby added that the formation of these committees was in agreement with Magdy Abdel Aziz, head of the Customs Authority after the meeting at Chamber recently to discuss the indicative prices of last month's publication of customs and the appropriateness with the practical reality of prices.

 

Concerning the committees he stressed that the First Committee specialized in garments sector , the second for auto parts , third for cars , fourth for home tools , fifth for household appliances, sixth for shoes and leather products , seventh for mobile sector , eighth for bicycles and motorbikes , ninth for wood and tenth for  optics sector Noting that a statement  about these committees  is sent to the customs Authority .
