Mr. El Basha Idris, Cairo Chamber's Treasurer, Head of exporters Division Suggested to cooperate

with the Ministry of Supply in managing selling vegetables, fruits and fresh products in outlets at discounted

rates with simple profit margin determined by the ministry.

Mr. El Basha confirmed that there will be meetings with the Ministry of Supply after the chambers elections

in order to put in place ways and mechanisms to obtain all food commodities without rising prices.

Dr. Khaled Hanafy Minister of Supply and Internal Trade welcomed this cooperation with the chambers of

commerce in order to take the private sector expertise in administration,

Stressing that it will be applied formally after submitted to the ministry.

This comes following the announcement of the Minister of Supply to openj 1,000 new outlets in Cairo

Selling food commodities, at discounted prices, In addition to running 750 outlets  in cooperation with

Cairo governorate.
