Idris: Cairo Chamber provided financial aides to affected traders during revolution

Mr. / Basha Idris - Cairo Chamber's treasurer – said that the Chamber  provided many of financial

 

assistance for traders in times of crisis, explaining that the Chamber helped "Arcadia" for damages and

 

shops of Mohamed Mahmoud Street in central Cairo, also provided compensation for workshops affected

 

by Fire in Bab El Shearia  especially workshops of shoes .

 

 

 

 

 

He also noted that the Chamber's Board member has managed to increase its resources for about 60

 

million pounds through rationalizing the Chamber 'expenses and keep the money, and motivating

 

collectors to exert more efforts on collecting trader's participation fees. In addition to the Chamber

 

negotiates with banks on deposits, and in the near future the Chamber will reschedule the traders' debts

 

of the Chamber, emphasizing that resulting in increasing the cash reserves.
