Egypt's Industry and trade Ministry is keen on developing small and micro enterprises through providing
integrated bunch of aids for those projects.
Mr. Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour - Minister made these remarks during signing the protocol of cooperation
between Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and Social Fund for Development to implement
number of programs to support the small, medium and micro enterprises.
From his part, Mr. Ahmed Alwakeel, Chairman of Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce stressed
the importance of the Protocol on cooperation and integration between the chambers of commerce and their
headquarters in all governorates, in addition to insure the success for the projects and increase their
competency in the local market in order to exporting to international markets.
Social Fund for Development (SDF) Managing Director, Ms. Soha Soliman emphasized that SDF will
provide adequate financial support as well as providing consultancies and feasibility studies for different
small and micro enterprises, owners of new and existing projects, fresh graduates of both genders,
professionals and craftsmen, and women households capable of managing small enterprises in a formal
framework.
