President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi Launched the Third Tripartite Summit between the Common Market for

Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), the East African Community (EAC), and Southern African

Development Community (SADC), at sharm al sheikh.

Mr. President welcomed Messer’s participants during his speech at the conference,  pointing out that

it is a matter of pride that Egypt hosting this summit adding that Egypt wouldn’t spare any effort to support 

Africa calling  for  the removal of tariff barriers to promote economic cooperation and linking Africa through

infrastructure projects in energy, transport, communications and information technology.

He also stressed that the African continent is on the threshold of a new phase of development requires

a strong political will to transition from cooperation to integration.

The President Al-Sisi concluded his speech saying: “ Long live Egypt - Long live peoples and African

 countries” , With applause from the attendees.
