Mr. Anis A. Aclimandos, American Chamber of Commerce Chairman stated that the major American

companies working in infrastructure, telecommunications and energy sectors are waiting for Suez Canal

opening to enter the Egyptian market,

Pointing out that the chamber will organize a delegation from these companies to visit the Suez Canal

and attending the launch ceremony.

Mr. Fayez Ezz Eddin, chairman of the Canadian Chamber also stressed that the new suez axis will attract

more foreign investors, In a number of steps such as the issuance of executive regulations of investment

law, facilitating investment procedures and obtaining licenses.

Mr. Raniar Hirit, chairman  of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce said that German

companies are located in the Egyptian market and constantly expanding However, this opening may

encourage a new sectors for investment as the companies operating in the energy sector.
