Ahmed El-Wakeel will serve a second term as President of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC) as the result of the federation board election held Saturday, July 4.

In addition, the elections have also resulted in naming Ibrahim Mahmoud Al Araby- Chairman of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce – as the First Vice President of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce.

Fathy Morsi, who serves as the Chairman of Beheira Chamber of Commerce, has been elected as the Second Vice President of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce.

And Mr. Mohammed El Fayoumy - President of Qaliubiya Chamber of Commerce - as Treasurer and Mr. Mohamed Abu Al-Qasim, Assistant Treasurer and Mr. Adel helped President Chamber of Commerce in Giza General Secretary.

Following the board elections, FEDCOC’s new board held its first meetings with Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour - Minister of Industry, Trade, and SMEs to discuss the major themes of the action plan related to "chambers of Commerce" in the next period .
