Mr. Ali Shoukry, Deputy Chairman of Cairo Chamber of commerce predicted that demand on shops garment rates up to 60% during this summer sale season due to it comes in concurrence with Eid al-Adha and new school year seasons.

Mr. Shoukry pointed out that the summer sale will witnessed weakened by not more than 40%, Because of rising temperature, increasing the dollar exchange rate which leads to higher cost of products.

Mr. Mahmoud EL Daa’our, head of garments Division at Cairo Chamber of Commerce revealed that the Sale season will extend till the end of September2015.

Because of the rising temperatures, and increase the dollar exchange rate and thus increase the final cost of the products,

Mr. El Daa’our pointed out that school clothing took the largest share of sales Which reduced the demand for buying garments.
