President Abdel Fattah ElSiSi  Launched the Presidential Leadership Program, which aimed at developing   young future leaders and enable them to Manage, take over responsibility and hold leading positions. They also will be qualified for working in Social, administrative and political fields according to recent management methods   .

The Graduate will get Professional academic certificate after passing through various levels, which apply educational model based on gaining experience.

The President explained during his speech in the week of the Egyptian university youth that the program targets annually to qualify 2500 young man and girl as first stage, that can be increased the next stages, demanding that all the country institutions similarly folly this program to find their future leaders.
