Auto companies face recession with e-marketing

A number of experts in Auto sector revealed that the increasing rates of recession in the market made the companies resort to alternative means to activate the movement of sales again through relying on electronic marketing mechanisms through the Internet for new car models, especially this way achieved broad acceptability among consumers.

 

Mr. / Ashraf Charbas Vice President of the General Division of the Automobile at Egyptian Federation of Chambers of Commerce confirmed that more than 80% of the auto companies operating in the market began to resort to the e-marketing for new cars and models to face the recession and stimulate sales movement of the markets. Especially it has become a successful way to revitalize sales movement. He explained that reason for the success of E-marketing in increasing car sales is due to the Interactive mechanism offered between consumers and companies, like displaying, advertising and promoting its cars in various models and monitoring consumer trends, preferences and requirements.

 

 He Expected to increase the size of the demand for Electronic marketing Internet and online advertising by 30% as it is the only way which will not be affected by prices increase , and many of the auto companies and exhibitions allocate  a specific budget for publicity and advertising in advance, for advertising in the normal channels such as television and newspapers, or through alternative routes what is known as «e -marketing».

 

He attributed the reason for the recession state experienced by the market to the price fluctuations in the absence of hard currency and in the shadow of unavailability of completing  import deals for cars and components for local factories and therefore there are many companies had raised prices, which in turn contributes in increasing  recession especially consumers usually waiting for any discounts for cars within the market .
