The prime ministers of Egypt and France meet members of the French Chamber of Commerce

Engineer / Sharif Ismael Prime Minister and his French counterpart Manuel Valls on 10th October, meet with members of each of the French Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and the Egyptian-French Business Council, in the framework of seeking to support and strengthen trade and economic relations between Egypt and France.

 

Mr. / Hatem Qabil, Minister of Foreign Trade and Industry will also attend the meeting, as well as the French Minister of economy who accompanied by a delegation of 30 businessmen, investors, a major French companies and representatives, and bilateral meeting will be held on the sidelines of talks between the businessmen of the two countries.

 

Mr. / Mahmoud al-Qaisy, Chairman of the French Chamber in Egypt has pointed to the presence of 132 French companies in Egypt in the fields of food sector, communications, construction, pharmaceutical and retail, and distribution and purification of water and electricity.

 

He added that there are good opportunities for the new French investments in Egypt, especially in the agricultural field, where France is one of the best countries in agriculture.
