Ambassador AMR Helmy - the Ambassador of Egypt in Rome stated that all arrangements have been finalized for the visit of Federica Guidi,the Italian ministry for economic development to  Egypt during February, who headed on  a large economic delegation of Italian companies working in areas related to oil and gas, renewable and clean energy, electric power plants and industries.

He Added that the visit comes within the framework of visiting various Italian business companies aiming to explore trade and investment opportunities available in Egypt, especially in the new project of the Suez Canal, he also noted that Italy is Egypt's first trading partner, at the level of the European Union and the third worldwide.

He Stressed that the Italian Minister's delegation also includes heads of various economic bodies such as Italian industry Federation, the Italian agency for export credit, and the Italian foreign investment support body, Italian trade agency.
