El basha Idris, Cairo Chamber's Treasurer and chairman of the Exporters Division said that  the government should facilitate procedures to attract investors in order to attract the largest possible number of foreign investors before it is too late.

He Explained that investment in Egypt is hampered by many obstacles, notably legislation and laws that impede investment in Egypt like taxes and insurance for workers before the start of the project, in addition to the time required to issue license for operating lasting 4 months while only one months in foreign countries around the world.
