Ibrahim AlAraby : prices going up are more dangerous than insecurity and we need a mechanism to combat corruption

Commenting on the high prices  because of the traders' greed  and on behalf of the honorable traders, AlAraby said that the ferocious campaign against traders in the audio and visual media do not differentiate between honest and dishonest  traders  especially those he described as not fearing God.

Unfortunately, those traders are far away from what is happening in the markets of illegal practices which comes from the failure of the government to face the problem. The government negatively dealt with the file of high prices. The black and shadow market representing 50% of Egyptian economic; accordingly, we can measure the extent of law violation in the local market like fraud, smuggling, and money laundering and random trade. The country must establish rules for traders by making black lists for monopolists and traders of fake goods as well as activating anti-corruption mechanisms.
