Cairo chamber of commerce includes 26 new and reformulated divisions

Engineer Ibrahim Elaraby, chairman of Cairo chamber of commerce, said that this period witnesses

 

reformulation of some business divisions that reached the end of its management period. In addition,

 

some divisions would be established for the first time. He pointed out that this comes in

 

the Chamber’s quest to support all sectors and activate the role of all the business divisions

 

in order to support domestic trade and by extension the country's national economy.

 

 

Elaraby said that the chamber is currently receiving the applications from the traders who want

 

to join the general assembly, the nomination for the membership of the boards of directors of the

 

reformed or new divisions. The chairperson asked traders who have activities fall under

 

these divisions to join now.

 

 

He said there are 26 divisions; new or reformulated:

 

1- Users of marble quarries

 

2- Owners of computer companies

 

3- Traders of hand tools

 

4- Office Equipment and machinery dealers

 

5- Institutes working at guarding and protecting environment.

 

6- Owners of airline companies

 

7- Traders of fire extinguishers and industrial safety equipment.   

    

8- Traders and importers of sports tools and equipment.

 

9- Commercial iron traders.

 

10- Sanitary ware traders.

 

11- Glasses and mirror traders.

 

12- Makers and traders of house tools, equipment, and lights.

 

13- Clothes traders.

 

14- Textile traders.

 

15- Petroleum station owners.

 

16- Human resources development and training centers.

 

17- Radio, TV, film and theater producers

 

18- Photography and related items and chemical products for photography.

 

19- Musical equipment traders.

 

20- Antique traders and owners of shops at Khan el-Khalili.

 

21- Hairdressing and barber shops owners and accessories.

 

22- - Importers of agricultural crops and grain traders.

 

23- Flour traders.

 

24- Agricultural fertilizers traders

 

25-Snack shop owners

 

26- Restaurant owners.

 

 

The Head added that those wishing to join the general assemblies or boards of those divisions, shall

 

head to the Chamber and complete their date through filling out an application for that purpose

 

in order to establish and reformulate those divisions as soon as possible.
