Cairo Chamber of Commerce signed a cooperation protocol with the Federation of Chambers
of Commerce and Industry headed by vice president of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of
Commerce and Industry "Bhaskr Raj Razhnikar". The Protocol aims to strengthen economic and trade
relations between Egypt and Nepal during the coming period.
Sameh Zaki, Cairo Chamber board member said that the protocol aimed at exchanging meetings
between Egyptian and Nepalese businessmen, experiences in the areas of training, education and
dissemination of business offers to achieve the best opportunities and knowing the market conditions
in each country.
Zaki noted during the Conference that Cairo Chamber is considered one of the biggest and most
important Egyptian trade institutions for developing domestic and external trade, where it was founded in
1913 as the first public trade chamber in Egypt, and it includes about 450 thousand members,
represented by more than 60 commercial division in various activities.
He stressed that the most important goal of the Chamber is trying to find appropriate ways to contact
between exporters , importers and investors Egyptians and foreigners and coordination with economic
and trade institutions at Egypt and abroad, and it specializes in Organizing various business divisions
and seeking to solve the problems they are faced.
Zaki expressed his appreciation to the delegation of Nepal as well as "Kachl Kishore" Ambassador of
Nepal in Cairo for his efforts to complete the mutual cooperation between Egypt and Nepal and working
to reach together to satisfactory results, which eventually lead to further progress and prosperity. He
pointed that we should begin new era of open business dealings and new investment because it is
considered the backbone of the progress of nations.
