Cairo Chamber: a plan to increase our exports to Morocco

Cairo Chamber began business in developing a plan to increase domestic exports to Morocco after the signing of a protocol of cooperation between Cairo and Casablanca Chamber to increase the volume of trade and investment between the two countries, this comes through Promotional trip of Cairo Chamber of Commerce started, headed by Ali Shoukry,that includes Vice chairman of Cairo chamber, El Basha Idris, Cairo Chamber Treasurer,   Ahmad ElZeini, Cairo Chamber's Board Member  , Sameh Zaky, Cairo Chamber's Board Member, to explore the needs of the Moroccan market and local products in preparation for increasing local exports.

 

 

 

Ali Shoukry said that through this visit they will discuss overcomimg the obstacles that will increase trade and attract more investments to the local market and creating new ways of increasing exports of local products and opening new markets for them.

 

 

 

El Basha Idris said as Chairman of the Division of exporters, that there are great opportunities to open new markets for various local products in the Moroccan market which is currently under discussion with members of the Moroccan Chamber of Commerce.

 

 

 

Ahmad ElZeiny said that Cairo Chamber strives to increase exports, which will bring back hard currency to the country and support the presence of local products in foreign markets, which is targeted by the delegation during this visit to Morocco and signing a protocol of cooperation with the Casablanca Chamber Protocol. he added that the plan is currently being put through the Chamber to promote investment opportunities in the domestic market, both the axis of the Suez Canal or the new administrative capital city  and other projects that will support the economy.

 

 

 

Sameh Zaky said that the next stage after opening direct channels of communication between Cairo Chamber and other Chambers in different States, whether through signed protocols or other ways and this is important in bridging between local exporters and importers and identifying market needs. he added that Cairo Chamber is currently seeking to activate protocols reached to about 50 protocol signed with different Chambers to support exports and opening new markets for domestic products .
