Eng. Sherif Ismail said in the ministerial meeting yesterday in the presence of both the supply and Agriculture Ministers and head of the Central Agency for public mobilization and statistics that operations room has been set up by the Cabinet to monitor areas of commodity shortages nationwide and taking actions to provide it for citizens at affordable prices.

He gave directions to accelerate in establishing wholesale markets in all governorates and expanding the supply outlets.

For his part, Dr. Khaled Hanafy confirmed that 90 exhibitions "Welcome Ramadan" will be established in all governorates to provide Ramadan commodities and also there is enough sugar stock to the year of 2017. He also referred that 3.9 million newborns were added to Ration Cards.
