Chambers of Commerce: studying the position of trade with Syria after the Morsi's decision

the General federation of Chambers of Commerce Announced that it will begin urgently and fast to
study the position of trade with Syria, after President Mohamed Morsi's decision to cut ties with them.
Ahmed Alwakil, President of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, said That there are
commercial exchanges directly with the Syrian side, pointing out that the attitude of President Mohamed
Morsi is politically, but trade and economic transactionsBetween Egyptian and Syrian peoples will not be
affected, There is general agreement on those relationships,which are not affected by Political attitudes
between the two countries, and should not be confused between politics and the economy.
Alwakil added that the concept of the president's speech is to support the Syrian people, and
the consequences of the resolution should not harm the two peoples, with respect to products that
are exchanged between the two countries through the private sector.
Alwakil pointed out that Syria and Egypt as peoples, can not be separated, because they are associated
with historical ties, and is sure to president Mohamed Morsi is not intended decision to cut ties. certainly
that President Mohamed Morsi resolution is not intended to cut relations that that harm the brotherly
Syrian people
