Ahmad Zaini head of the division said that the division of Building Materials at Cairo Chamber

of Commerce announced about significant decline in sales with the beginning of the holy month

of Ramadan with price stability.

Zaini said that It is normal to go into Decline in sales movement of the construction and building sector

during the month of Ramadan There is nothing new and this happens every year in such days.

He added that the problem of the sector is Still, Although the division  addressed all concerned

authorities. Namely, that Cement companies exaggerate in  the price at the expense of the consumer.

We demanded to confront these illegal acts but to no avail.

He clarified that these companies inform about their new prices to the Ministry of Supply and Internal

Trade In accordance with the rules of practice, which is the declaration of prices every first month and no

one moves for the defense of the consumer after the price hike.
