Arab-African Economic Forum to kick off Wednesday

Amman, Sept. 22  — The Arab-African Economic Forum will kick off on Wednesday with the aim of developing trade, investment and economic ties among Arab-African nations.
 
Organized by the Union of Arab Chambers and the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, the event is expected to gather more than 500 participants from 53 Arab, African and foreign countries.
 
Participants will discuss opportunities to enhance trade, investment and economic cooperation in light of the Fourth Africa-Arab Summit’s decisions which was Equatorial Guinea last year.
 
The forum will bring together transport companies, logistics, exporters and importers from various sectors, financial institutions, Arab and African finance companies, investment promotion bodies and economists.
