Definition of planning and follow-up Department:

            the Department under supervision of The Chief Executive and has many tasks including :

          - Preparing reports of following up the decisions issued by the Chamber's Bureau and

            the Board Of Directors to be presented to the Chamber's chairman

          - Preparing reports of following up the decisions issued by the Chamber's chairman

          - Preparing  reports of following up the Committees' works authorized by the Chamber's

            chairman to be presented to him

          - Preparing the reports of following up the works incoming to the Chamber's sectors according

            to the instructions of the Chamber's Chairman and the Executive Chief
