Certificate Department

This department issues the following certificates:

1- License for individual activity.

2- License of company activity.

3- Experience certificate to register the agents.

4-Experience certificate to the central management of pharmacies.

5-Commercial register amendments certificate

 (Address Amendments- Activity amendment-  legal form amendment- business brand amendments-

  partner status amendment)

6-Commercial Register elimination Certificate.

7-Practicing license certificate by adding branch for company or individual.

8- Practicing Certificate to the General Authority for export and import control (importers register).

9-professional reputation certificate for bakeries to be submitted to the Ministry of Social Solidarity.

10-Origin Certificate for exporting Egyptian goods abroad.

11- Authentication Of Commercial Documents Concerning Exportation Foreign invoice  :

        -  An invoice of goods exported abroad

        - PRICING LIST

- Statistics of certificates that have been issued during the month of December

- Statistics of certificates that have been issued during the month of November

- Statistics of certificates that have been issued during the month of October

 - Statistics of certificates that have been issued during the month of September

 - Regular publications for the investment companies

Documents required for the issuing of commercial register:

 For limited company- partnership

1-Articles of partnership-court registered-authorized and date fixed by the Real Estate

publicity Department

2-ID cards for the acting partners

3- Tax card

4-Lease contract-Date fixed or bill of sale-contract of utilization-contract of allocation for

new urban zones.

5-Electricity Receipt

Secondly, individually commercial register:

1- Tax card

2-Lease contract-Date fixed or bill of sale-contract of utilization-contract of allocation for

new urban zones.

3-Electricity or Telephone Receipt
