Article (1):

The Minister of Industry and External Trade issued decision no (430) for the year 2012, concerning

the enforcement oftemporary protective measures on imports of polypropylene

(customs item 39021090).Polypropylene imports that fallunder customs item ( 990201090)

of the regulating tariff, are subject to temporary preventive measures charge of15% from the actual value,

with minimum of 1605L/ton, for 200 days, according to item (1\83)of the regulating rules of law

no (161) for the year 1998 and its modificationswhich have been pointed out earlier.

Article (2):

Mentioned fees are to be collected in account number (9\450\880420\8\h) at the Central Bank of Egypt

,for the Export Development Fund account (Single Treasury Account).

Article (3):

This resolution is to be published in the official newspaper and officiated from its publication

and issuing date 31/5/2012.
