     from the room, the same applies to the division.

what are the rules that regulate work in divisions?

Answer

     

     There is a list that regulates the work of trade divisions, which is ministerial decree,

 

      no (45) for the year 2003. It regulates the work of different divisions

 

      at the Chamber of Commerce.

     There is no financial cost, other than the annual fees set by the law at 0.002

 

     of the capital,in addition to paying the division’s fees which is 25LE/year.

          There are numerous benefits, for example:

 

           - Joining the business divisions, enables members to attend the division’s Board

 

            of Directors meetings, follow up on the division’s issued recommendations,

 

            and participate in discussions and deliberations.

 

    - Follow the latest ministerial decisions, instructions, and laws regulating

 

      the trading business.

 

           - knowing the commercial inclinations towards goods and avoid falling

How can one join an existing division ?

Answer

        

           Traders submit a request to the chamber for joining the assembly or running for

 

           the board of directors of the division accompanied by the following documents:

 

           - Commercial registry.

        

          - National ID.

         

           -  Receipt for paying chamber’s fees on the year of joining.
