A- A large number of traders or manufacturers, who belong to a certain activity, file
a request to the chamber for creating a new division under a specific name.
B- The Chamber’s board of directors receives the request. In case of approval,
it is presented to the Ministry of External Commerce and Industry to issue
a ministerial decree to form the Division.
C –Candidature for membership of the Board of Directors of the Division or
the General Assembly starts. Traders and manufacturers apply to join
the General Assembly or run for the division’s board of directors.
D- The general assembly is held according to an invitation from
the chamber to choose or nominate the board of directors for the division
and form of offices.
